Gilgamesh Story

The story of Gilgamesh takes place in Mesopotamia and Euphrates River. The story involves Gilgamesh Enkidu and Humbaba. In the beginning, Gilgamesh went to a journey across the flat plains they are bored with everyday life in Uruk. They wanted to see the world and find adventure. Then when Gilgamesh and Enkidu are walking through the forest they see suddenly, the demon stood before them. He had teeth like a dragon a face like a lion and glaring eyes. In the end, Gilgamesh was frightened but he and Enkidu decided to stay and fight.

The message of the story is always try. I choose this because it is a good thing to try all ways and to help people by bring wood. Also, in the story they got there wood to the people and killed Humbaba reason is because helping people is always good and something people just are brave to do thing like that.

I believe Gilgamesh is a hero because he killed Humbaba and was brave. Also, he let the people have a changes to give people go by getting wood by themselves. In addition, he learned to help his best friend and kill Humbaba together. Finally, he and his people give him a celebration. In my opinion, Gilgamesh is a hero.
